By accessing or using our website https://www.benevolentboost.com and our services — including Website Development & Design, Social Media Management (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Medical Virtual Assistance, Bookkeeping Virtual Assistance, and General Virtual Assistance — you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our site in any way that causes harm or violates any local or international laws.

Client Agreements

All projects require a service agreement outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms. Both parties must review and approve the agreement before work begins.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are due as stated in your invoice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the project stage. Recurring services may require a cancellation notice.

Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse service for projects outside our scope, for ethical concerns, or if the client violates these terms.

Project Timelines

Delivery time may vary based on scope and client cooperation. Delays in client feedback or requirements may impact turnaround time.

Website Development

For web design and development, we retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client information and data. NDAs can be signed upon request. Subcontractors adhere to the same confidentiality terms.

Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party tools (e.g., hosting, plugins, marketing platforms). We are not liable for outages, bugs, or breaches caused by these providers.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to services if clients violate any term, engage in abuse, or fail to pay within the agreed timeframe.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines or the governing region mutually agreed in the contract. Disputes will be resolved through mutual arbitration when possible.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you provide. You agree not to submit false, offensive, or unlawful information through any part of our services.

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions anytime. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
